Alexander
Technique Residential Courses & Workshops:
The
Westminster Alexander Training Course holds two residential
events per annum. They are open to anyone with an interest
in and some experience of the Alexander Technique.
Everyone who has
attended these courses has been enthusiastic about the unique learning
experience they have had.
The courses are run in English and
are self-catering (communal cooking); special diets are
catered for.
For
teachers and 9th term trainees there will also be plenty of
opportunities for guided hands-on work.
These courses provide an
exciting opportunity for making new discoveries.
