Julia Outlaw

Julia
Julia became interested in the Alexander Technique in 2004 after taking a course of lessons for back pain. She found that the lessons not only relieved the pain, long term, but also bought many other benefits including increased confidence, improved posture, and a sense of calm through much reduced stress.

Julia completed her teacher training at the Westminster Alexander Training Centre in 2011, and is now a regular teacher there.

She also runs workshops in Romania and Portugal.

Interested for many years in what makes people ‘tick’, she enjoys working with individuals to help them learn what they can do, and stop doing, to move and live more freely.

Julia also teaches in Tooting.
